Annual Meeting 2018
The meeting was held at the El Camino Hospital, Mountain View Campus on Jan. 20, 2018. Our featured speaker was Ed Fong, WB6IQN. His topic was Triband Antennas (TBJ-1) for 2 meters, 1.25 meters, and 70cm Without Radials and how they are made. He also discussed triband radios briefly.
Phil Henderson, KF6ZSQ, described the Hospital Net operation and Dave Platt, AE6EO, gave the latest updates on the W6ASH receiver.
SPECS member Peter Griffith, WA6VAQ, showed some equipment that would be helpful to our members in emergency events.
