Membership
SPECS members have the opportunity to support public service events sponsored by ARES/RACES, practicing the communication skills that will be essential in emergency events. Members also benefit from timely presentations offered at the members annual meeting. Members assist each other with questions about equipment and emergency procedures, including radio-programming "Cheat Sheets". The SPECS repeater, W6ASH, is also available for public use when not being used for emergency communications.

Join or Renew Membership. Annual dues are five dollars.

We prefer that you register online, but if that isn't possible you can download the Membership Form (pdf) and mail it with your check to the address on the form.
SPECS is a 501(c)(3) public benefit non-profit corporation. Donations are deductible as charitable contributions to the extent permitted by IRS regulations.
